共享理念下的城市能源综合利用体系构建

Construction of urban energy comprehensive utilization system under the sharing conception

共享发展理念已经成为中国社会发展的总体目标,新一代信息技术的加速突破和应用,将使未来生活场景发生深刻改变。能源共享是共享城市的重要组成,能源互联网的核心价值是互联共享。本文分析了我国城市能源消费需求现状及未来发展趋势,提出城市未来能源综合利用体系的开放与共享、数字与智能、耦合与融合、去中心与市场化、全要素广域节能体系5个特征,并从物理层、信息层和服务层3个维度提出了能源共享、信息共享和服务共享的未来城市能源共享体系基本框架构建。

The sharing concept has become the overall goal of China’s social development.The accelerated breakthrough and application of the new generation of information technology will make a profound change in the future life scene.Energy sharing is an important part of sharing cities,and the core value of energy internet is interconnection and sharing.This paper analyzes the current situation and future development trend of urban energy consumption demand in China,and puts forward five characteristics of urban energy comprehensive utilization system in the future,including openness and sharing,digital and intelligence,coupling and fusion,decentralization and marketization,and all-element wide-area energy saving system.Then,the paper proposes the basic framework of energy sharing system of future cities,which includes energy sharing,information sharing and service sharing,from the three dimensions of physical layer,information layer and service layer.
