完善国有文化企业法人治理的思考——以江苏国有文化企业为例

Analysis on perfecting corporate governance of state-owned cultural enterprises--Taking state-owned cultural enterprises in Jiangsu as an example

国有企业在我国国民经济中发挥着主导作用,是国家贯彻新发展理念、全面深化改革的坚决拥护者和忠实履行者。国有文化企业作为特殊类型的国有企业,既肩负着维护意识形态和文化安全的特殊使命,也承担着国有资产保值增值的责任。法人治理是企业赖以生存和发展的基础,构成了企业的"神经网络"。目前,国有文化企业多由事业单位转企改制而来,随着国有企业改革的不断深入,法人治理结构存在的问题逐渐显现。基于此,文章以江苏国有文化企业为例,在剖析国有文化企业法人治理现有问题的基础上,提出相关改进措施和建议。

State-owned enterprises play a leading role in China’s national economy,and are the firm supporters and faithful implementers of the state’s new development concept and comprehensive reform.As a special type of state-owned enterprises,state-owned cultural enterprises not only shoulder the special mission of maintaining ideology and cultural security,but also bear the responsibility of maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets.Corporate governance is the basis for the survival and development of enterprises and constitutes the“neural network”of enterprises.At present,state-owned cultural enterprises are mostly transformed from public institutions into enterprises,but with the deepening of state-owned enterprise reform,the problems of corporate governance structure are gradually emerging.Based on the analysis of the current problems in the corporate governance of state-owned cultural enterprises in Jiangsu province,the paper puts forward relevant improvement measures and suggestions.
