基于项目管理过程的地方应用型高校人才招聘管理优化研究

摘要 在人才招聘项目中,高等院校之间的引才竞争方兴未艾,一些地方性院校不仅在区位和资源上处于引才的劣势地位,还面临着需要优化管理过程提高引才效率的困境。鉴于此,文章运用项目管理相关理论,分析将项目管理理论适用于地方应用型高校人才招聘管理的必要性和可行性,用项目管理的方法优化地方应用型高校人才招聘规划、招聘执行、招聘效果评估过程,以帮助地方应用型高校建立招聘管理的科学机制。 In the recruitment of talents,the competition for talent introduction among colleges and universities has never stopped.Some local colleges and universities are not only in a disadvantaged position in terms of location and resources,but also in the dilemma of optimizing the management process that urgently needs to improve the efficiency of talent introduction.In view of this,the article uses project management related theories to analyze the feasibility and necessity of applying project management theories to the talent recruitment work of local applied universities,and the project management method is used to optimize the talent recruitment planning,recruitment execution and the evaluation process of recruitment effects of local applied universities,thereby helping local applied universities to establish a scientific mechanism for recruitment management.
