摘要
文章通过建立城市文化产业科技创新能力评价指标,利用熵权法确定各指标权重,测算了铜陵市2014—2019年文化产业科技创新能力。研究结果显示,2014—2019年铜陵文化产业科技创新能力总体发展呈上升趋势,但是整体水平较低,科技创新能力不显著;科技创新投入能力对总体综合科技创新能力影响较大,科技创新环境能力次之,科技创新产出能力最弱。建议加大文化产业支持力度,夯实科技创新基础;深化文化产业体制改革,营造良好科技创新发展环境;强化文化产业科技支持,提升文化产业转型升级,以促进城市文化产业科技创新能力提升。
The paper puts forward the evaluation index of scientific and technological innovation capacity of urban cultural industry,determines the weight of each index by entropy weight method,and measure the scientific and technological innovation capacity of the cultural industry in Tongling City from 2014 to 2019.The research results show that from 2014 to 2019,the overall development of the scientific and technological innovation capacity of Tongling’s cultural industry is on the rise,but the overall level is at a low level,science and technology innovation ability is not significant;the input capacity of scientific and technological innovation has a great influence on the overall comprehensive scientific and technological innovation ability,followed by the environmental capacity of scientific and technological innovation,and the output capacity of scientific and technological innovation is the weakest.It is proposed to increase support for cultural industries and consolidate the foundation of scientific and technological innovation;to deepen the reform of cultural industry system and creat a good environment for technological innovation and development;to strengthen science and technology support of cultural industry and promote transformation and upgrading of cultural industry,so as to promote the improvement of technological innovation capabilities of urban and rural cultural industries.
