自媒体技术融入高校基层党建工作路径探析

高校加强基层党建工作是高等教育稳定发展的政治思想保障,是高校实现党建治理能力现代化的重要基石,也是引领当代大学生主流价值观的重要方式。然而,互联网时代背景下,西方腐朽思想在高等教育领域的传播给高校基层党建工作带来了冲击。高校基层党建工作面临着线上线下党建发展失衡、党建自媒体组织化程度不高、党建信息化平台舆论引导能力不强及党建工作人员无法适应信息化改革等诸多问题。对此,高校基层党建应科学审视自媒体优势,从虚拟党政建设、党建管理机制健全、党建资源整合以及党建工作人员培训四个方面创新和改革高校基层党建工作,充分发挥新时代背景下高校基层党建工作的育人价值。

Strengthening grassroots party building work in colleges and universities is the political and ideological guarantee for the stable development of higher education,an important cornerstone for colleges and universities to realize the modernization of party building governance capabilities,and an important way to guide contemporary college students’mainstream values.However,in the context of the Internet era,the rapid spread of decadent western ideas in the field of higher education has had a huge impact on the work of party building at the grassroots level in colleges and universities.The grassroots party building work in colleges and universities faces many problems such as serious imbalance in online and offline party building development,low degree of party building self-media organization,weak party building information platform public opinion guidance ability,and party building staff’s inability to adapt to information reforms.In this regard,the grassroots party building in colleges and universities should scientifically examine the advantages of we-media,and carry out the innovation and reform of the grassroots party building work in colleges and universities from the four aspects of virtual party and government construction,sound party building management mechanism,party building resource integration and party building staff training,and give full play to the background of the new era the education value of grassroots party building work.
