高校“全国党建工作样板支部”培育创建单位的探索与实践——以安徽工程大学为例

Exploration and Practice of Cultivating and Founding Units of"National Party Building Work Model Branch"in Colleges and Universities:Taking Anhui Polytechnic University as an Example

高校党建工作是高校改革发展稳定工作的重要保障。如何贯彻落实习近平总书记对高校党建工作的重要指示精神,切实加强"全国党建工作样板支部"培育创建单位建设成为摆在高校面前的现实问题。安徽工程大学组织纪检党支部作为首批培育创建单位,从五个方面进行了一些有益的探索:在学思践悟上下功夫,塑造学习教育的样板;在示范引领上下功夫,塑造规范标准的样板;在找特色抓亮点上下功夫,塑造活动创新的样板;在树典型典范上下功夫,塑造作用发挥的样板;在聚焦主业上下功夫,塑造立德树人的样板。

Party building in colleges and universities is an important guarantee for the reform,development and stability of colleges and universities.How to implement the spirit of the important instructions of General Secretary’s party building work in colleges and universities,as well as to effectively strengthen the construction of the"model branch of the national party building work",has become a practical issue for colleges and universities.Anhui Polytechnic University has set the Organization and Disciplinary Inspection Party Branch as the first batch of cultivating and founding units to carry out some beneficial explorations and attempts in five aspects,namely"working hard on learning,thinking and practicing,shaping a model of learning and education","working hard on demonstration and leading,shaping a model of norms and standards","working hard on finding characteristics and bright spots,shaping a model for activity innovation","working hard to build a model,shaping a model in role function","working hard to focus on the main business,shaping a model for morality education".
