山羊GDF9-L61L变异位点检测及其遗传效应分析 被引量:1

摘要 生长分化因子9(Growth differentiation factor 9,GDF9)基因是早期卵泡发育的关键调节因子,不仅影响繁殖性状,还影响动物的生长发育。研究利用DNA测序技术鉴定陕北白绒山羊GDF9基因第1外显子L161位点,并分析了该位点与山羊产羔和生长性状的关联性。结果表明,GDF9-L61L位点的最小等位基因频率(minor allele frequency,MAF)为0.349;GDF9-L61L位点对产羔性状没有显著关联,但能显著影响山羊髋宽、胸宽和胸深(P<0.01),提示该位点可作为提高陕北白绒山羊生长性状的有效分子标记,为加速培育具有优良生长性能的山羊个体提供新的依据。 Growth differentiation factor 9(GDF9)gene is the key regulator of the development of early follicle,meanwhile,it can not only take part in regulating the reproduction but also in the growth development.In this study,the DNA direct sequence method was used to detect L61L locus within the exon1 of GDF9 gene in Shaanbei white cashmere female goats,and its correlation to the litter size and growth traits of goats was analyzed as well.The results showed that the minor allele frequency(MAF)of L61L was 0.349.Additionally,the association analysis demonstrated that L61L within GDF9 gene did not have significant correlation with litter size but was significantly associated with hip width,chest width and chest depth(P<0.01),indicating that this locus can be used as an effective DNA molecular marker.It provides new information for accelerating the cultivation of goat individuals with excellent growth performance.
