地方高校博物馆学生讲解员培养探析--以玉林师范学院桂东南历史文化博物馆为例

On the Training of Student Docents in Local University Museums:Taking the Southeast Guangxi Historical and Cultural Museum of Yulin Normal University as an Example

玉林师范学院桂东南历史文化博物馆开馆之前即着手选拔、培训与演练学生讲解员。学生讲解员培养对象由工作小组考核确定,三年间已选拔了三批学生讲解员队伍,并初步建立了相关规章制度。学生讲解员培养对象确定后,由专业教师主持藏品历史文化知识、博物馆知识、讲解技能、礼仪规范、综合素质诸方面的培训与练习。学生讲解员的培养,有效地缓解了桂东南历史文化博物馆讲解员不足的状况。与此同时,学生讲解员在实训中也使自身能力与素质得到提升,增强了服务地方的意识和综合能力。由于学生讲解员培养制度建立不久,还存在学生讲解员来源较为单一、规章制度有待完善、能力有待提升等问题。这些问题,随着博物馆建设的推进和专业师资力量的加强,将逐步得到解决。

Prior to the opening of the Southeast Guangxi Historical and Cultural Museum of Yulin Normal University,the relevant departments of the university began to select,train student docents and put them in practice.In the past three years,three groups of student docent teams have been selected with the relevant rules and regulations initially established.In the process of training,the student docents have received the instructions from professional teachers in terms of history and culture knowledge related to the museum collections,museum background,explanation skills,etiquette standards,comprehensive qualities and so on.To a certain extent,the training of student docents has alleviated the shortage of docents in the museum.At the same time,the training is also conducive to the students’own ability and quality as well as their awareness and comprehensive ability to serve local areas.However,due to the fact that the student docent training system has not long been in existence,some problems are still to be solved,such as the unitary source of student docents,the inadequate rules and regulations,the restricted abilities and so on.These problems will be settled gradually with the development of the museum construction and the strengthening of the professional teachers’capabilities.
