摘要
艺术院校专业课教师课程思政教学能力的优化提升,是落实立德树人根本任务,实现专业课与思政教育同频共振,提升培育以德为先、德艺双馨艺术人才的育人效果的重要抓手和主要渠道。当前,艺术院校专业课教师在实施课程思政教学中正遭遇着“本领不足”的现实困境,这需要以问题为导向,立足专业课课程思政教育教学实际,从更新课程思政教育理念、挖掘课程思政教育资源、优化课程思政教学方法、完善课程思政教学评价的途径入手,提升艺术院校专业课教师课程思政教学的“真功”。
In arts colleges and universities,to improve specialty teachers’competence for the curriculum ideological and political education serves as the fulcrum and main channel for enhancing the educational effects,that is,to fulfill the establishment of morality and the nurturing of talents,to achieve the interaction of specialty courses with the ideological and political education,and to cultivate arts talents with excellence in moral integrity as well as skills.In response to some specialty teachers’incompetence for the education,problem-oriented approaches should be taken on the basis of the real situation of the education,specifically,to innovate the educational concepts,to explore the educational resources,to optimize the educational approaches,and to enhance the assessment mechanism for the education.
