患者日记联合微信平台在PICC置管肿瘤患者化疗间歇期的应用

Application of Patient Diary Combined with Wechat Platform in the Intermission Period of Chemotherapy in Tumor Patients with PICC Catheterization

目的探讨患者日记联合微信平台在肿瘤患者化疗间歇期PICC管理中的应用效果,为患者居家健康状况的远程管理提供方法学依据。方法采用方便抽样法,按照入院先后顺序,在规定时间内,两组各自收集100例后停止纳入。选取2018年8月1日-2019年9月30日200例首次行PICC置管的住院的肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象。对照组采用常规护理方法,试验组采用PICC患者日记联合微信平台进行干预。比较两组患者PICC自我管理能力和PICC相关并发症发生率。结果干预后试验组患者PICC自我管理能力评分(162.26±6.98)分高于对照组(134.29±10.70)分,试验组PICC相关并发症发生率8.0%低于对照组31.0%,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论患者日记联合微信平台在PICC置管肿瘤患者化疗间歇期的应用,能提高患者PICC自我管理能力,降低PICC相关并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of patient diary combined with Wechat platform in the PICC management of tumor patients during the intermission period of chemotherapy,and to provide methodological basis for the remote management of patients’health status at home.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,according to the order of admission,100 cases were collected and then stopped to be included in each of the two groups.From August 1,2018 to September 30,2019,200 inpatients with tumor chemotherapy who underwent PICC catheterization for the first time were selected as the object of study.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was intervened with PICC patient diary combined with Wechat platform.The self-management ability of PICC and the incidence of PICC-related complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the score of PICC self-management ability in the experimental group(162.26±6.98)was higher than that in the control group(134.29±10.70),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of PICC-related complications in the experimental group(8.0%)was lower than that in the control group(31.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of patient diary combined with WeChat platform in the intermission period of chemotherapy in tumor patients with PICC can improve the self-management ability of PICC and reduce the incidence of PICC-related complications.
