摘要
为更好地消纳配电网中接入的分布式能源,本文提出一种基于智能软开关的储能系统柔性接入配电网的方式,在实现馈线功率互济的同时,能提升储能系统的综合效益。为弥补储能系统应用于削峰填谷灵活性不够的问题,本文针对储能系统柔性接入配电网后的削峰填谷技术开展了研究,考虑负荷曲线平滑度和电压改善能力两类指标,建立了储能系统柔性接入后的配电网削峰填谷优化模型,在此基础上把削峰填谷后的配电网侧电压偏移最小和配电网侧负荷曲线方差最小作为目标函数,利用MATLAB编制改进的粒子群算法进行求解。最后,对含柔性接入储能系统的改进IEEE-33节点配电系统进行了仿真,结果表明储能系统柔性接入配电网,可以在提高配电系统电压水平的同时实现削峰填谷,即提升了配网运行的经济性和稳定性。
In order to better absorb the distributed energy in the distribution network,this paper presents a flexible access method of energy storage system based on intelligent soft switch,can enhance the comprehensive benefit of the energy storage system.In order to make up for the lack of flexibility in the application of the energy storage system in peak shaving and valley filling,this paper studies the technology of peak shaving and valley filling after the flexible connection of the energy storage system to the distribution network,an optimization model for peak load shifting and valley filling of distribution network after flexible connection of energy storage system is established.Based on this model,the minimum voltage offset and the minimum variance of load curve of distribution network after peak load shifting and valley filling are taken as objective functions,using MATLAB to compile the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve.Finally,an improved IEEE-33 node distribution system with flexible access is simulated.The results show that the flexible access system can improve the voltage level of the distribution system and realize peak shaving and valley filling at the same time,that is to improve the operation of the distribution network economy and stability.
