门诊病理标本转运标准化模式的构建与应用

The Construction and Application of Transfer Process standardized model for Outpatient Pathological Specimens

为解决门诊病理标本转运过程中存在手续繁琐、安全性缺乏保障等问题,医院通过成立项目组,优化门诊病理标本转运流程,进行转运工具、转运人员、收费项目、转运流程等标准化建设,成功构建门诊病理标本转运的标准化模式。具体为医技科室为患者取病理切片、开具收费凭证,并在患者完成缴费后给患者开具取病理报告凭证,然后打印转运清单、采用标准的样本瓶进行装箱、上锁,由专业的配送人员进行转运,最后由病理科进行样本的接收、核对和签字确认。新模式的应用使门诊患者/家属排队次数从4次减少到1次,患者本人参与流程的比例从15.3%提升到31.4%,排队等候时间从16分钟缩短为3分钟,明显提高工作效率,且运行过程中无不良事件发生,实现了简化患者就诊流程,缩短等候时间,保障标本转运安全,提升标本转运效率和患者就诊体验的目的。

In order to solve the problems such as cumbersome procedures and lack of safety guarantee in the process of outpatient pathological specimen transfer,the hospital successfully constructed the transfer process standardized model for outpatient pathological specimens by setting up a project team and optimizing the transfer process,including standardization construction of transfer tools,distribution personnel,charging projects and operational processes.Firstly,doctors in the medical technical department take pathological slices.Then nurses issue fee vouchers and give a certificate for taking pathology report for the patient after paying the fee.Secondly,the staff in the medical technology department prints the transfer list,installs the pathological samples using standard bottles and locks the pathological specimen transfer box.Pathological specimens are then transported by professional distribution personnel.Finally,the nurse of the pathology department receives and checks pathological samples,and signs on the transfer list for confirmation.Comparing with the old model,in the new model,the queue times of outpatients/family members were reduced by 3 times.The proportion of patients participating in the process increased from 15.3% to 31.4%.Waiting time in queue was reduced from 16 minutes to 3 minutes.The experience of participating patients was also significantly improved.The transfer process standardized model for outpatient pathological specimens is effective,which simplified outpatient visit process,shortened the waiting time,ensured the safety of outpatient pathological specimens and improved the efficiency of specimen transport and patient experience.
