摘要
目的观察过氧化氢干雾消毒机对室内物体表面消毒效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,观察某过氧化氢干雾消毒机对实验室内物体表面消毒效果。结果该过氧化氢干雾消毒机以30 mL/min流量(过氧化氢浓度81 mg/m^(3))总运行240 min,对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值>3.00;该消毒机以流量90 mL/min(过氧化氢浓度为190 mg/L)总运行240 min,对载体上嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢杀灭对数值>3.00。结论该过氧化氢干雾消毒机对金黄色葡萄球菌和细菌芽孢杀灭效果可达到消毒要求。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of aerosolized hydrogen peroxide(AHP)on the surfaces of objects.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the disinfection effect of aerosolized hydrogen peroxide(AHP)on the surfaces of objects.Results The killing logarithm value of Staphylococcus aureus on the carrier was above 3.00 when AHP with 30 mL/min flow rates(the content was 81 mg/m^(3))for 240 min.The killing logarithm value of spores of thermophilus lipobacterium Geobacillus stearothermophilus on the carrier was above 3.00 when AHP with 90 mL/min flow rates(the content was 190 mg/m3)for 240 min.Conclusion The aerosolized hydrogen peroxide device can effectively kill the spores of Geobacillus stearothermophilus and Staphylococcus aureus.
