季节性因素对医院多重耐药菌感染的影响研究

Exploring influence of seasonal factors on multi-drug resistant bacteria infection in hospital

目的研究季节性因素对医院多重耐药菌感染的影响。方法采用对应分析方法,对某医院多重耐药菌感染季节性影响因素进行分析。结果多重耐药菌感染受到季节性因素的影响,例如耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)、耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌(CRAB)相比耐碳青霉烯类肠杆菌科细菌(CRE)、耐碳青霉烯类铜绿假单胞菌(CRPA)更耐受低气温、湿度,其他院内影响因素使感染分布产生差异。结论高湿度和适宜温度会促使多重耐药菌感染发生,不同类型多重耐药菌在病区、标本、感染类型等分布上具有差异。

Objective To explore the relationship of seasonal factors and infections for Multi-drug resistant organism.Methods Correspondence analysis was used to analyze the data of Multi-drug resistant organism infections in a hospital.Results The infection of Multi-drug resistant organism was affected by climate.High humidity and suitable temperature were beneficial to the occurrence of the infections caused by Multi-drug resistant organism.MRSA and CRAB were more resistant to low temperature and humidity than CRE and CRPA.Conclusion High humidity and suitable temperature improve the occurrence of the infections caused by Multi-drug resistant organism.Different Multi-drug resistant organism show different distribution characteristics in different wards,specimens and infection types.
