新时代高校辅导员素质现状的实证研究--基于21所高校的问卷调查

An Empirical Study on the Quality of College Counselors in the New Era--Based on the Questionnaire Survey of 21 Universities

全国21所高校中的490名高校辅导员参加了关于高校辅导员素质测评的问卷调查。研究发现:高校辅导员素质总体在中等偏上水平,且呈现良好发展的态势。高校辅导员的素质优势主要体现在育人情感与价值观、育人心理素质及育人个性与动机层面上,但高校辅导员在科研能力、身体素质及育人学识等方面有待进一步加强。高校辅导员应适应新时代的全新要求,进行科学、全面、系统的规划设计,努力提升自身素质。

490 college counselors from 21 universities in China took part in a questionnaire survey on the quality of college counselors.Research finds that the overall quality score of college counselors is above the middle level and shows a good development trend.The quality advantages of college counselors are mainly embodied in the aspects of cultivation emotion and values,psychological quality,personality and motivation.However,college counselors need to be further strengthened in scientific research ability,physical quality,educational knowledge and so on.College counselors should make a scientific,comprehensive and systematic planning and design to meet the needs of the new era and improve themselves.
