Introduction of the treatment concept:Regular deep brain stimulation(rDBS)is the standard therapy for the treatment of medically refractory Parkinson’s disease(PD)(Benabid et al.,2009).Notwithstanding its significant therapeutic effects,rDBS may cause side effects,characterized as rDBSinduced movement disorders(BaizabalCarvallo and Jankovic,2016).
