新冠肺炎疫情对儿童风湿免疫性疾病患者随访时间的影响及对策

Influence of the epidemic situation of new coronary pneumonia on the follow-up time of children with rheumatic immune disease and its countermeasures

目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情对儿童风湿免疫性疾病患儿出院后首次门诊随访时间的影响及对策。方法采用病例回顾研究方法,以2019年1月6日—2019年2月4日(30 d)222例出院患儿为对照组,2019年12月26日—2020年1月24日(30 d)177例出院患儿为观察组,并按地域、病种分亚组,对比出院患儿行首次门诊随访的时间以及失访患儿比例。结果两组患儿随访延长天数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。亚组间比较:重庆区县患儿延长天数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新冠肺炎疫情增加了风湿免疫性疾病儿童的失访率,“互联网医院”可辅助满足就医需求。

Objective To explore the influence of the epidemic situation of COVID-19 on the first follow-up time of children with rheumatic immune disease after discharge from hospital.Methods By case review method,222 discharged children from January 6,2019 to February 4,2019(30 days)were taken as the control group,and 177 discharged children from December 26,2019 to January 24,2020(30 days)were taken as the observation group.It was divided into subgroups according to regions and diseases,Comparison of the first outpatient follow-up time of discharged children and the proportion of children who lost the follow-up.Results There was a significant difference in the days of follow-up between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the number of days prolonged among the subgroups(P<0.05).Conclusion The COVID-19 epidemic has increased the rate of missed visits in children with rheumatic diseases.“Internet hospital”can help meet the demand for medical treatment.
