摘要 教师的流动既表征了社会结构变化带来的教育资源重组与重构,也折射了城乡资源失衡下教师作为行动者的行动意图与轨迹。以教师流动为切入点,聚焦于流动教师的生活,展现了教师流动后的日常影像,勾勒出了教师流动背后的行动逻辑与生存策略。研究发现,流动教师虽然能够跃升城市,但是在职业生活、制度生活和日常生活中都呈现出多重边缘境遇,回不去的故乡和难以融入的城市共塑了他们作为异乡人的生活。 The mobility of teachers not only characterizes the reorganization and reconstruction of educational resources brought about by changes in social structure,but also reflects the intention and trajectory of teachers as actors with the imbalance of urban and rural resources.Taking teachers’mobility as an entry point,this article focuses on the lives and shows the daily images of migrant teachers and outlines the logic of actions and survival strategies behind the mobility of teachers.The study finds that although migrant teachers can leap into cities,they present multiple marginal situations in their career,organizational life and daily life.Hometowns that cannot be returned to and cities that are difficult to integrate into have jointly shaped their lives as strangers.
