中医内外结合治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床研究

Clinical Study on The Treatment of Children Post-infection Cough with Internal and External Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:观察中药内服联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿感染后咳嗽风邪伏肺证的临床疗效。方法:将90例感染后咳嗽风邪伏肺证患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,观察组给予三拗汤合止嗽散加减,使用中药配方颗粒,2组均服药10 d,同时观察组将上方制成中药穴位敷贴块贴于相应穴位,治疗前后记录2组咳嗽程度评分、咳嗽视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、咳嗽缓解时间及消失情况、中医证候评分、安全性评价及复发情况。结果:2组治疗后日间、夜间咳嗽评分和VAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),观察组治疗后上述评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组平均咳嗽缓解时间低于对照组(P<0.01),而咳嗽消失率高于对照组(P<0.05),其复发率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药内服联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿感染后咳嗽能够减轻日间、夜间咳嗽程度,缩短病程,提高治愈率,具有良好的临床疗效,且安全性高、复发率低,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment combined oral Chinese herbal medicine with acupoint application on children post-infection cough.Methods:Ninety children with post-infectious cough were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with oral Montelukast sodium chewable tablets,while the observation group was treated with Sanao Pdecoction and zi sou powder and acupoints application,both groups were treated for 10 days.Before and after the treatments,two groups'conditions and scores were recorded,containing cough degree score,visual analogue scale(VAS),cough remission time and disappearance,TCM syndrome score,safety evaluation and recurrence rate.Results:After the treatments,two groups’cough scores and VAS scores during the daytime and nighttime were both lower than before(P<0.01).Especially,the observation group’s average scores were lower than the control group’s(P<0.01).The average cough relief time of the observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.01).The disappearance rate of cough was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of oral Chinese herbal medicine combined with acupoint application on children post-infection cough has proven to be clinical effective,which can reduce the degree of daytime and nighttime cough,shorten the course of the disease,improve the cure rate,reduce the recurrence rate,and be safer.Therefore,this treatment is worth popularizing and applying on clinic.
