带脉循行浅议

带脉作为奇经八脉中的一条,是全身各循行经脉中唯一明确的一条横向循行于腰腹部的经脉,起着制约调和十二经脉、奇经八脉和脏腑,调畅周身气血运行,维持人体正常生理状态的重要作用。本文通过查阅相关书籍、文献并结合临床实际,总结5种目前为大多医家认同的循行路线:①经十四椎成水平环状;②开始于季肋如系带状横行腰间;③十四椎、带脉、五枢、维道和神阙等诸穴的连线;④双“个”字形;⑤起于季肋下、斜行向下到带脉、五枢和维道穴,绕身1周。同时在此基础上对带脉的循行路线进行延伸思考,对其循行回身1周宽度的上下界限有所猜想。本文意在通过对带脉循行的更多推测与发现,引起医者们对带脉的重视与研究,为临床诊疗相关带脉系疾病提供治疗新思路。

As one of the eight extraordinary vessels,the Belt vessel is the only one of the meridians in the middle and abdomen.It plays an important role in constraining twelve meridians,eight extra meridians and viscera,regulating the movement of Qi and blood and maintaining the normal physiological state of human body.The article summarizes five following lines that are currently recognized by most doctors through referring to relevant books and literature in combination with clinical conditions:①After the fourteen vertebrae are horizontally circular;②Start with quarter ribs,as of a belt across the waist;③The connection of fourteen vertebrae,GB26,GB27,GB28 and RN8;④Double like the glyphs of“个”;⑤Start from lower of quarter ribs,go down obliquely to the points of GB26,GB27 and GB28 around the body.On the basis of this,extended thinking about the Belt vessel circulation,and the upper and lower limits of the width of the circumference of the circulation back have some conjectures.This article aims to arouse the attention and research of clinical doctors through more speculation and discovery on the circulation of Belt vessel,hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of clinically related vein system.
