中医方药对阿尔茨海默病NF-κB信号通路调控的研究进展

Research Progress on The Regulation of NF-κB Signal Pathway in Alzheimer's Disease by Chinese Medicine

阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer's disease,AD)作为一种老年性神经退行性疾病,已成为严重威胁老年人健康甚至生命的第四大杀手。NF-κB(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)信号通路是经典的炎症和氧化应激通路,在AD中广泛存在和激活。本文对近10年来中药复方和单味药及其提取物通过对NF-κB信号通路调控来防治AD的文献进行回顾,发现中医方药能通过对该通路的调节,从抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗凋亡、保护神经元、改善学习记忆、减轻Aβ沉积等机制来防治AD,这为中医在AD临床防治方面及药物开发层面提供了思路参考。

Alzheimer's disease(AD),as a senile neurodegenerative disease,has become the fourth killer that seriously threatens the health and even lives of the elderly.NF-κB(Nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)signaling pathway is a classic inflammation and oxidative stress pathway,which is widely present and activated in AD.This article reviews the literature on the prevention and treatment of AD by traditional Chinese medicine compound and single medicine and their extracts through the regulation of the NF-κB signaling pathway in the past ten years.It is found that traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions can regulate the pathway from anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,and anti-apoptosis.Protecting neurons,improving learning and memory,reducing Aβdeposition and other mechanisms to prevent and treat AD,which provides a reference for Chinese medicine in clinical prevention and treatment of AD and drug development.
