Analysis of medication patterns of obscured vision prescriptions in Traditional Chinese ophthalmology ancient literature based on data mining

摘要 目的基于数据挖掘技术分析中医眼科古籍中治疗视瞻昏渺的用药特点和组方规律。方法选取元末至明清时期中医眼科医学专著中治疗视瞻昏渺的方剂,采用Excel 2013软件建立方剂的基本数据库,分析单味药的频次,参照《中药学》的分类标准将中药进行分类;采用统计学软件Clementine12.0的Apriori算法,进行关联规则分析。使用SPSS 22.0软件将高频药物(使用频次≥10)进行系统聚类分析。结果(1)单味中药频次:共筛选出方剂66首,共115味药,用药频次达611次。排在前5位的高频药物为熟地黄、当归、茯苓、甘草、五味子。(2)中药种类频次:中药种类共涉及18类。排在前5位的是补虚药、解表药、清热药、利水渗湿药和收涩药。(3)关联规则:共得到关联规则26条,关联性最强、配伍最多为牡丹皮-泽泻-山药。(4)聚类分析:共得出3个方剂,功效分别为补虚兼利湿、补虚兼清热和补虚兼活血行气。结论视瞻昏渺的治疗原则为“补虚培本”,并结合临床特点,辅以活血、行气、清热、利湿。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the characteristics of medication and composition of prescriptions for obscured vision from ancient Traditional Chinese ophthalmology books based on data mining techniques.METHODS The prescriptions applied for treating obscured vision were selected from ancient Traditional Chinese ophthalmology books ranging from late Yuan Dynasty to Ming and Qing Dynasty.Excel 2013 was used to establish a basic database and calculate the application frequency of single Chinese herb.All herbs were classified with reference to the classification criteria of Chinese materia medica.Association rules analysis was conducted using Apriori algorithm from Clementine 12.0.Systematic cluster analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software to calculate the high-frequency herbs(frequency of application≥10).RESULTS(1)The frequency of single Chinese herbs:A total of sixty-six prescriptions and 115 herbs were selected and the overall frequency of herb application reached 611 times.Prepared rehmannia root,Chinese angelica,Poria cocos,Liquorice root,and Chinese magnoliavine fruit ranked top five high-frequency herbs.(2)The frequency of types of Chinese herbs:Eighteen types of Chinese herbs were contained.The top five high-frequency types were as follows:tonic,exterior-releasing,heat-clearing,dampness-draining diuretic and astringent medicines.(3)Association rules:Cortex moutan radicis-rhizoma alismatis-rhizoma dioscoreae characterized the strongest associative and the most compatible prescription among a total of twenty-six association rules.(4)Cluster analysis:A total of three prescriptions were obtained,with the effects of supplementing deficiency and draining dampness,supplementing deficiency and clearing heat,supplementing deficiency combined with activating blood circulation and qi.CONCLUSIONS The result of this study indicates the therapeutic principle for obscured vision is to supplement the deficiency and cultivate the essence.Moreover,the treatment methods should be in consideration of clinical characteristics,supplemented with"activating blood circulation,invigorating the circulation of qi,clearing heat,draining dampness".
