摘要
目的:探讨骨保护素(OPG)及骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP-2)对冠状动脉钙化(coronary artery calcification,CAC)的影响。方法:选择2018年7月至2020年10月经冠状动脉造影并经血管内超声证实存在CAC患者85例,其中Ⅰ级钙化24例,Ⅱ级钙化23例,Ⅲ级钙化20例,Ⅳ级钙化18例;选择同时期经冠状动脉造影及血管内超声证实无钙化患者30例,采用ELISA法检测研究对象的血清OPG及BMP-2水平并进行比较。结果:钙化组血清OPG及BMP-2水平均较无钙化组明显升高(P<0.01),Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级钙化组血清OPG及BMP-2水平较I级组明显升高(P<0.01),Ⅲ、Ⅳ级钙化组血清OPG及BMP-2水平较Ⅱ级组明显升高(P<0.01),Ⅲ级钙化组血清OPG及BMP-2水平与Ⅳ级组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清OPG及BMP-2水平与CAC有关。
Objective:To explore the effect of osteoprotegerin(OPG)and bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)on the coronary artery calcification(CAC).Methods:A total of 115 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from Jul 2018 to Oct 2020 were selected.According to the results of coronary angiography and intravascular ultrasound examination,the patients were divided into no calcification group(n=30)and gradeⅠ-Ⅳcalcification groups(24 cases in gradeⅠ,23 cases in gradeⅡ,20 cases in gradeⅢand 18 cases in gradeⅣ).Serum OPG and BMP-2 levels were detected by ELISA and compared.Results:Serum levels of OPG and BMP-2 in CAC group were significantly higher than those in no calcification group(P<0.01).Serum levels of OPG and BMP-2 in gradeⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳcalcification groups were significantly higher than those in gradeⅠcalcification group(P<0.01),and serum levels of OPG and BMP-2 in gradeⅢandⅣcalcification groups were significantly higher than those in gradeⅡcalcification group(P<0.01).There were no significant difference in serum levels of OPG and BMP-2 between gradeⅢand gradeⅣcalcification group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Serum OPG and BMP-2 levels are related to CAC.
