Hypertension and atrial fibrillation are two common cardiovascular diseases in clinic,with a high incidence in recent years.They interact and influence each other to form a vicious circle,so it is particularly important to study their pathogenesis.Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring can significantly reflect the blood pressure changes and average blood pressure levels of patients with hypertension complicated with atrial fibrillation throughout the day,so as to detect diseases timely and effectively,which is of great help to improve the prognosis of patients.This paper summarizes the interaction mechanism of hypertension complicated with atrial fibrillation and the importance of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in clinical diagnosis.
