摘要
黄荆是马鞭草科牡荆属植物,分布在温带和热带地区。黄荆在我国广泛分布于甘肃、陕西、山东、浙江和江苏等地。黄荆的化学成分主要包括萜类、黄酮类、木脂素类,以及多种挥发性成分,其药理活性主要涉及抗肿瘤、抗炎、镇痛、抗菌、杀虫等方面。本文就黄荆的药理作用研究做一综述,旨在全面开发利用黄荆,充分发挥其综合药用经济价值。
Vitex negundo Linn.,belonging to the family of Verbenaceae,is mainly distributed in temperate and tropical regions.In China,V.negundo is widely distributed in Gansu,Shaanxi,Shandong,Zhejiang and Jiangsu.The chemical components of V.negundo mainly included terpenoids,flavonoids,lignans,and a variety of volatile components,which exhibited a wide range of bioactivities including anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antibacterial,insecticidal and so on.In this paper,the pharmacological effects of V.negundo were reviewed in order to develop and utilize this plant comprehensively.
