基于CiteSpace的住院病案首页知识图谱可视化分析

Visual analysis of knowledge graph of in-patient medical record homepage based on CiteSpace

目的:探究病案首页研究领域的研究热点和研究趋势。方法:使用CiteSpace分析2001-2021年CNKI病案首页相关文献,利用词频、共现、聚类、突现方法对文献的作者、研究机构和关键词进行分析。结果:2001-2015年处于病案首页研究的起步阶段,2016年以后呈快速上升趋势,病案首页研究领域的热点内容主要是病案管理与质量控制研究、病案首页数据统计分析研究、医院信息化研究、医院管理及医疗服务研究。结论:病案首页的数据质量是医院绩效考核的基础,病案首页绩效考核研究与应用是未来病案首页研究领域的趋势,需要加强科研机构合作交流,建立病案首页质控平台,注重人才培养和监督管理。

Objective:To explore the research hotspots and trends in the field of medical records.Methods:The related literatures of CNKI medical records from 2001 to 2021 were analyzed by CiteSpace,and the authors,research institutions and keywords were analyzed by word frequency,co-occurrence,clustering and emergence methods.Results:2001 to 2015 was the beginning stage of the study on the homepage of medical records,and showed a fast rising trend after 2016.The hot topics of the study on medical record homepage were the study on the management and quality control of medical records,the study on the statistical analysis of data on medical record homepage,the study on hospital informationization,the study on hospital management and medical service.Conclusion:The data quality of medical record homepage is the foundation of hospital performance evaluation.The research and application of performance evaluation of medical record homepage is the trend of medical record homepage in the future.It is necessary to strengthen the cooperation and exchanges of scientific research institutions,establish the quality control platform of medical record homepage,and pay attention to the training and supervision of talents.
