后疫情时代下基于“互联网+”的追溯系统在医废管理中的应用

Application of the“Internet+”-based traceability system to the management of medical waste in the post-epidemic era

目的:探讨后疫情时代下,基于“互联网+”的信息化追溯系统在医废管理中的应用效果。方法:选取某县级三甲医院,2020年6月—2021年3月应用信息化追溯系统对全院医疗废物管理全程在线监测,对医疗废物的产生、收集、运输、储存、处理至最终处置进行全过程管理,建立相应的数据库管理信息系统,对医废进行实时、准确、有效监督。结果:此套系统运用后,减少了医废收集时间,提高了医废管理的准确性、时效性、安全性及可追溯性,提高了工作人员的满意度及医废相关知识知晓率。结论:此套系统提高了医院医废收集的主观能动性,有效地防范了医疗废物在流转过程中的丢失风险,对医废全天候无死角实时监管。实现了医疗废物从“定性”粗放到“定性、定量、定时”精准量化管理,最终达到医疗废物监管全覆盖,过程可追溯,保证医废处理全过程的安全性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the application of“Internet+”-based informationization tracing system to medical waste management in post-epidemic era.Methods:From June 2020 to March 2021,a third A hospital at county level is selected to use the informationization tracing system to monitor the whole hospital’s clinical waste management.The medical waste is managed throughout the whole process from generation,collection,transportation,storage and treatment to final disposal,and a corresponding database management information system is established to supervise the medical waste in real time,accurately and effectively.Results:This system reduces the collection time of medical waste,improves the accuracy,timeliness,safety and traceability of medical waste management,improves the satisfaction of staff and the knowledge rate of medical waste management.Conclusion:This system improves the subjective activity of medical waste collection,effectively prevents the risk of loss of medical waste in the flow process,and supervises the medical waste all day long without dead angle.This paper realizes the“qualitative,quantitative and time-based”accurate quantitative management of clinical waste which is changed from“qualitative”crude,and finally reaches the full coverage of medical waste supervision.The process can be traced back to ensure the safety of the whole process.
