高校财务信息化建设研究

Research on the construction of financial informationization in colleges and universities

加强高校财务管理信息化建设是提升高校财务管理水平的有效方法。但在高校财务信息化建设的过程中,存在财务管理信息化平台建设缺乏统一规划、信息网络安全防范手段有待提高、财务管理系统功能不够完善、会计人员信息化知识储备不足等问题。文章对高校财务信息化建设过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出采用完善陈旧的财务信息管理制度、加强财务信息化专业人才培养、优化网络体系监管、整合高校各部门数据系统间联系的方法,促进高校财务信息化工作的建设,提升高校财务管理水平。

Strengthening the informationization construction of financial management in colleges and universities is an effective method to improve the level of financial management in colleges and universities.However,in the process of financial informationization construction in colleges and universities,there are some problems such as the lack of unified planning for the construction of financial management informationization platform,the improvement of information network security means,the imperfect function of financial management system,the insufficient informationization knowledge reserve of accountants and so on.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of financial informationization construction in colleges and universities,and puts forward the methods of improving the old financial information management system,strengthening the training of financial informatization professionals,optimizing the network system supervision and integrating the links between the data systems of various departments in colleges and universities,so as to promote the construction of financial informationization work in colleges and universities and improve the level of financial management in colleges and universities.
