摘要
有效提升高校运输中心人力资源绩效是高校后勤管理部门的一项重要业务。文章依据价值链理念,探讨运输中心人力资源管理价值链,分析以价值为中心的运输中心人力资源成本结构,构建以绩效激励为主体的驾驶人力资源酬薪体系,并分析其管控过程。多视角具体数据的绩效分析表明,所制定的绩效措施呈现了较强的有效激励作用,并提示维持人力队伍稳定、更合理分配任务量的必要。
Effectively improving the human resource performance of university transportation center is an important business of university logistics management department.According to the value chain theory,this paper discusses the human resource value chain management of the transportation center,analyzes the human resource cost structure of transportation center under value concept,constructs a driving human resource salary system with performance incentive as the main body,and analyzes its control process.The performance analysis of specific data from multiple perspectives shows that the performance measures have a strong and effective incentive effect,and suggests the necessity of maintaining the human team stability and more reasonably allocating tasks.
