基于Abaqus的塑料检查井刚强度分析及结构优化

摘要 塑料检查井具有施工方便、成本低、使用寿命长和抗渗性好等优点,被广泛应用于市政管网建设,但其结构刚强度比传统砖砌检查井小。利用有限元分析软件Abaqus建立DN700系列塑料检查井三维有限元模型,分析塑料检查井的变形和应力分布情况,得到结构的最大应力为37.09 MPa,位置在凸台与竖筋的连接部位,超过材料设计许用应力14.4 Mpa。根据相关行业标准对薄弱处提出了5种优化方案,优化完成后最大应力降至13.49 Mpa,为进一步设计出结构优化的塑料检查井提供了理论依据。 Plastic manholes have the advantages of convenient construction,low cost,long service life and good impermeability.While they are widely used in the construction of municipal pipe networks,their structural rigidity is lower than that of traditional brick ones.By using analysis software Abaqus,a three-dimensional finite element model of the DN700 series of plastic manholes was established to analyze the deformation and stress distribution.The results showed that the maximum stress was obtained at the joint between the boss and the vertical bars as 37.09 MPa,which was 14.4 MPa higher than the allowable stress of materials.With five optimum solutions proposed for the weakness in accordance with the relevant industry standards,the maximum stress was reduced to 13.49 MPa,providing a theoretical basis for the further design of structurally optimized plastic manholes.
