Shared manufacturing can not only help manufacturing leap to mid-to-high end in its value chain by actively promoting enterprises to develop collaboratively and extend in the direction of servitization,but can also help manufacturing enterprises realize flexible production by effectively solving the problem of overcapacity or insufficiency.The core mission of shared manufacturing is to build a cloud service platform so as to realize the efficiency of cross-enterprise collaboration through resource sharing,complementary manufacturing capabilities and intelligent manufacturing.However,shared manufacturing faces risks in terms of platform security,intellectual property,matching of resource supply and demand,and maintenance of shared resources.Thus,it is necessary to make a comprehensive assessment of settled enterprises,build a digital security system,and strengthen the operation and maintenance mechanism of shared manufacturing equipment.
