摘要
数据素养的高低影响着教师依据教学数据分析结果所采取的教育教学决策效率的高低,影响教师按照既定目标实施教育教学的效果及推进教育教学改革的成果。综合分析关于提升教师数据素养方面的研究成果,指出提升教师数据素养的价值在于促进教学管理的科学化发展、数据素养教育的专业化、社会数据素养教育进程的提速、教育环境及理念的优化等;分析在实践过程中教师数据素养提升面临的教师对数据态度不明、认识不够,缺乏有效的教育引导,数据分析、理解、决策能力不足,数据素养教育环境有待优化等方面的障碍;提出通过提供更有针对性的培养模式和内容优化教师数据素养教育环境,培养教师乐观的数据利用态度和基础数据应用能力,以全面提升教师的数据素养。
Teachers′data literacy has an impact on the efficiency of their education and teaching decisions adopted in accordance with the results of teaching data analysis,on the teaching effect based on the established objectives,and on the results of education and teaching reform.Based on the comprehensive results of the researches on improving teachers′data literacy,this paper points out that the value of doing this is to scientifically develop teaching management,professionalize data literacy education and accelerate its process in the society,and optimize educational environment and concepts;it also analyzes the obstacles faced by teachers in the practice of enhancing data literacy including their inexplicit attitude,insufficient knowledge,ineffective guidance,less capable of understanding and decision-making ability as well as data analysis,and imperfect environment.To rid these obstacles and enhance teachers′data literacy in an all-round way,it is proposed to provide more targeted training mode and contents so as to optimize the environment,and to help teachers develop both optimistic attitude toward data utilization and ability of application of basic data.
