摘要
以单一制造商和单一零售商组成的双渠道供应链为研究对象,针对制造商的绿色创新决策、销售渠道选择和契约协调等问题,构建了集中式和分散式决策双渠道供应链的决策模型,提出消费者的网购偏好影响制造商的销售渠道选择,并得到系统和各成员的均衡决策。研究结果表明,绿色创新对双渠道供应链的决策会产生积极促进作用,且收益费用共享契约能够协调供应链上各成员分散式决策,使得供应链上各成员均获得Pareto改进利润。
With the gradual increase of consumers′awareness of environmental protection,the dual-channel supply chain composed of a single manufacturer and a single retailer is used as the research object,and a centralized solution is established for manufacturers′green innovation decision-making,sales channel selection,and contract coordination.The decision-making model of the dual-channel supply chain for distributed and decentralized decision-making proposes that consumers′online shopping preferences affect the manufacturer′s sales channel selection,and obtain balanced decisions by the system and each member.The research results show that green innovation can positively promote the decision-making of the dual-channel supply chain.The designed revenue and cost sharing contract can coordinate the decentralized decisionmaking of each member in the supply chain,so that each member in the supply chain can obtain Pareto improvement profits.
