摘要
在氧化铝生产过程中,矿石成分对赤泥沉降性能表现影响较大。本文针对国内某混合铝土矿产出赤泥进行沉降实验,研究料浆固含、絮凝剂添加量和方式对赤泥沉降特性的影响,实验结果表明,针对当前混合铝土矿,该氧化铝厂分离槽的干基处理能力能够满足生产需求。
In the alumina production process,the bauxite composition has a great influence on the red mud settling performance.In this paper,a research is conducted on the settling experiment of red mud produced from domestic mixed bauxite,in an effort to analyze the influence of solid content of slurry,flocculant dosage and mode on the red mud settling performance.The experiment results show that as for the current mixed bauxite,the dry base treatment capacity of the alumina refinery's settler can meet production demand.
