摘要
介绍了630 mm×1950 mm规格8150铝合金扁锭的质量要求,分析了8150铝合金中各元素的作用和熔铸易产生疏松的难点,对8150铝合金化学成分进行了优化。从炉料、熔炼、炉内精炼、熔体在线净化处理以及铸造工艺参数等方面探讨了630 mm×1950 mm规格8150铝合金扁锭的熔铸工艺。8150铝合金铸锭的分析检测表明,用低液位法所生产的8150铝合金扁锭完全满足航空食品包装用铝箔的轧制要求。分析了试验期间8150铝合金扁锭疏松缺陷产生的原因,提出了预防疏松缺陷的措施。
The quality requirements for 8150 aluminum alloy slab with a specification of 630 mm×1950 mm was introduced,and the effect of each element in 8150 aluminum alloy and the melting-casting difficulties of the slab with porosity defects were analyzed,then the chemical composition of 8150 aluminum alloy was optimized.The melting-casting technology of 8150 aluminum alloy slab with a specification of 630 mm×1950 mm was discussed from the aspects of charges,melting,melt refining in holding furnace,on-line purification treatment as well as casting process parameters,etc.Analysis and detection results of 8150 aluminum alloy cast ingots show that the 8150 aluminum alloy slab produced by low liquid level process completely meets the rolling requirements of the aluminum foil used for aviation food packaging.The causes for the porosity defect of 8150 aluminum alloy slab in the technical test were analyzed,and some preventive measures against the porosity defects were put forward.
