摘要
主要介绍了利用转底炉煤基直接还原工艺对钢铁企业生产过程产生固体废弃物中的有价元素进行资源化回收利用。通过将经处理后的固体废弃物返回生产制造环节,从而将传统制造的开式系统变为能够回收生产原料的闭式循环系统,实现绿色制造,并能够为钢铁企业创造经济效益。对转底炉工艺、绿色制造的认识及冶金固废资源化利用技术推广有着积极的作用。
The resource recycling of valuable elements in solid waste produced in iron and steel enterprises by rotary hearth furnace coal based direct reduction process is mainly introduced.By returning the treated solid waste to the production and manufacturing link,the open system of traditional manufacturing is changed into a closed circulation system that can recycle production raw materials,so as to realize green manufacturing and create economic benefits for iron and steel enterprises.It plays a positive role in the understanding of rotary hearth furnace process,green manufacturing and the popularization of resource utilization technology of metallurgical solid waste.
