摘要
从工厂实际使用的角度出发,详细介绍了压缩空气系统的节能改造全过程,对改造前后进行了对比分析,1台160kW的空压机每年可节省直接成本8万元;压缩空气系统改造后提供了洁净、干燥的压缩空气,提高了工艺设备的稳定性以及生产产品的质量,减少了能源浪费。
From the perspective of the actual use of the factory,the whole process of energy-saving transformation of the compressed air system has been introduced in detail,and a comparative analysis before and after the transformation has been carried out.A 160kW air compressor can save 80,000 RMB in direct costs per year after transformation.The transformed compressed air system can provide clean and dry compressed air,which improves the stability of process equipment and the quality of products produced,while reduces energy waste.
