一种松耦合旋转变压器电磁力研究

摘要 松耦合变压器是实现无线电能传输的核心部件,是保证系统稳定性和可靠性的重要环节。在工作过程中变压器绕组和铁芯中会受到高频电磁力,可能导致发射线圈和接收线圈之间产生轴向或径向的位移,影响能量传输效率或造成结构破坏。以一种轴式松耦合旋转变压器为例,建立了磁路及电路模型并得出影响电磁力大小的因素。利用有限元仿真工具,模拟出正常工作情况下的磁场分布,并分析了同轴及发生轴向偏移时绕组及铁芯受到的电磁力,得出了该结构松耦合旋转变压器在力学方面的适用场景及进一步优化的方法。 Loosely-coupled transformer is the core component of radio energy transmission and an important link to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.During its operation,the transformer winding and iron core will be subjected to high-frequency electromagnetic force,which may lead to axial or radial displacement between the transmitting coil and the receiving coil,affecting the efficiency of energy transmission or causing structural damage.Taking a shaft-type loosely-coupled transformer as an example,the magnetic circuit and circuit model are established,and the factors affecting the magnitude of electromagnetic force are obtained.Using the finite element simulation tool,the magnetic field distribution under normal working conditions is simulated,and the electromagnetic forces on the windings and iron cores under coaxial and axial offset are analyzed.The mechanical application scenario of the loosely-coupled transformer and the method of further optimization are obtained.
