Research on Management Policy of Intelligent Connected Vehicles

作为当前世界各国汽车产业智能化发展的战略方向,智能网联汽车拥有相比传统汽车更加复杂的系统结构,大数据、人工智能及通信等技术的应用也使智能网联汽车呈现出更加明显的软件化特征。车辆软件日益频繁的远程升级,给车辆安全管理带来新的挑战。因而,加强智能网联汽车生产企业及产品监督规范管理已成为推动我国汽车产业高质量发展的迫切需要。通过梳理国内外智能网联汽车管理政策的发展现状,分析我国智能网联汽车发展目前存在的挑战,并提出相应的应对措施,为行业良性发展提供参考。

As the current strategic direction of the intelligent development of the automotive industry in all countries in the world,intelligent networked vehicles have a more complex system structure than traditional vehicles.The application of big data,artificial intelligence,and communications technologies also makes intelligent networked vehicles more obvious.Software features.The increasingly frequent remote upgrades of vehicle software bring new challenges to vehicle safety management.Therefore,strengthening the supervision and management of intelligent networked automobile manufacturers and products has become an urgent need to promote the high-quality development of my country's automobile industry.This paper analyzes the current challenges in the development of intelligent networked vehicles in my country by combing the development status of domestic and foreign intelligent networked vehicle management policies,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to provide references for the healthy development of the industry.
