纤维素基水凝胶在医用领域的研究进展

摘要 面对日益增长的环境问题,天然水凝胶由于其优异的生物相容性和降解性而得到广泛重视。由纤维素、甲壳素、壳聚糖等多种有机生物聚合的纤维素基亲水性水凝胶材料因其出色的吸水性、生物传感性、生物相容性而被认为是最适用于医疗设备中治疗、增强或替代任何组织、器官的生物功能性材料。本文综述了近年来国内外在纤维素基水凝胶方面的研究情况及其在医药,如药物输送、组织工程、伤口愈合、医疗保健等领域的应用进展。 With the growingenvironmental concerns and an emergent demand,researchers throughout the globe are concentrating particularly on naturallyderived hydro-gels due to their biocompatibility,biodegradability and abundance.Hydro-gels based on cellulose comprising many organic biopolymers including cellulose,chitin,and chitosan are the hydrophilicmaterial,which can absorb and retain a huge proportion of water in the interstitial sites of their structures.Cellulose-based hydro-gels are consideredas useful biocompatible materials to be used in medical devices to treat,augment or replace any tissue,organ,or help functionof the body.This review offers an overview of the recent and contemporary researches regardingphysiochemical properties of cellulose-based hydro-gels along with their applications in biomedical fields such as drug delivery,tissue engineering and wound healing,healthcare and hygienic products.
