为有效落实化工专业人才培养中对学生综合实践能力的目标要求,在《分析化学实验》中设置与专业方向相关的综合设计性实验。紧密联系生活实际,以“废铁溶解、粗产品制备及提纯”为例,探究了废铁粉和废铁钉两种生活中常见铁原料的溶解回收方法,对所得的溶液经蒸发、浓缩、结晶、减压过滤等操作获得粗产品,再进行重结晶纯化,并对产品质量进行分析检测。该实验操作简单、实用性较强,通过教学实践,能够培养学生主动思考问题和解决问题的能力,增强创新意识,提高综合实验操作技能,引导学生带着“好奇心”走进化工专业课程的学习。

In order to effectively implement the requirements of the comprehensive practical ability of students in the talent training program of chemical engineering specialty,a comprehensive design experiment related to the specialty direction is set up in the basic chemical experiment.Closely related to the reality of life,taking"waste iron dissolution,preparation and purification of crude products"as an example,the paper explores the dissolution methods of two common iron raw materials in our life such as waste iron sand and waste iron nail.The crude products are obtained by evaporation,concentration,crystallization,decompression filtration and other operations from the above solution,and then the recrystallization purification is carried out,and the product quality is tested and analyzed.On the whole,the experimental operation is simple and practical.Through teaching practice,it can cultivate students'ability of thinking and solving problems actively,enhance innovation consciousness,improve comprehensive experimental operation skills,and guide students to enter the chemical engineering professional course with"curiosity".
