摘要
"数字"是"十四五"规划中频频出现的关键词,有必要对其概念本身进行探讨、理解和诠释以便更好地迎接本次数字革命。在原始农业社会,"数字"使人类得以认识、理解甚至改造世界;工业社会将人视为可计量的劳动力,对于"数字"的追求成为了崇尚理性的表征。而20世纪以来的数字技术,以"数字"逻辑先验地决定了人类生活与社会的运作,数字"逼促"个人行为决策由理性主导转为"数字"统领,社会运行也朝着"数字"治理方向前进。
