基于VR技术的行星齿轮组结构拆装实训资源建设与应用

The Construction and Application of Practical Training Resources for Planetary Gear Set Structural Disassemble Based on Virtual Reality Technology(VR)

以先进科技手段为依托,不断创建和丰富新工科的建设内涵,基于VR技术创建机械类实验云教学平台,采用沉浸式认知实验教学课件制作方法,以机械类实践教学中的行星齿轮组(二级减速器)为例,利用宏达威爱科技学院虚拟现实制作中心的现有技术和设备,为机械设计课程涉及的实训教学内容—行星齿轮组的结构拆装实训过程开发相应的VR实验资源,突破常规实验教学在时间和空间上的限制,把减速器设计实验转化为具有数字化与虚拟化特征的VR实验。

Relying on advanced scientific and technological means,the construction connotation of"new engineering"is constantly created and enriched.In this paper,based on VR technology,the mechanical experiment cloud teaching platform is established,and the immersion cognitive experimental teaching courseware making method is adopted.Taking the planetary gear set(secondary reducer)in the mechanical practice teaching as an example,leveraging existing technology and equipment from the VR producation center at HTC vivedu school of technology,the structure disassemble process of planetary gear set,which is the experimental teaching content of mechanical design course,is developed.The corresponding VR experimental resources are developed to break through the limitation of time and space in traditional experimental teaching,and the reducer design experiment is transformed into VR experiment with digital and virtual characteristics.
