摘要
当前,军校学员普遍存在学习积极性不高、自主性较差的现象,而线上线下混合式教学是原有课堂教学与“互联网+”模式的有机结合,其特有的交互性、网络性、宽容性能够极大地激发军校学员的学习动机。分析了原有教学模式下军校学员的学习动机和线上线下混合式教学对军校学员学习动机激励的有效性,提出了对军校学员学习动机的几点激励措施。
At present,the military college students generally have the phenomenon of low learning motivation and poor autonomy.The combination of online and offline teaching is an organic combination of traditional classroom teaching and the"Internet plus"mode.Its unique interaction,networking and tolerance can greatly stimulate the learning motivation of military college students.This paper analyzes the learning motivation of military college students under the traditional teaching mode and the effectiveness of online and offline blended teaching on the learning motivation of military college students,and puts forward some incentive measures for military college students'learning motivation.
