摘要 培养拔尖创新人才,是世界一流大学和一流学科建设的重要任务之一。实践教学对于人才的创新精神、实践能力、创业意识培养起到非常重要的作用。根据电气工程专业的特点,基于学科内涵构建电力系统实践课程群,以逐层递进的“感性认识—基础运行—设计控制—综合应用”四个层面为建设主线,以“设计—综合—实习”三维度建设为辅助,构建交叉立体式课程体系;结合人才培养的实际情况不断进行教学模式的创新,引入任务驱动法、慕课等先进的教学手段,并且建立贴近企业环境的校内实习基地,形成特色鲜明的课程群。 The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is one of the key tasks in the construction of world-class universities and disciplines.Practical teaching plays a very important role in the cultivation of talent's innovative spirit,practical ability and entrepreneurial consciousness.The construction of power system practical course group is performed based on connotation and characteristics of electrical engineering.Progressive four-level construction is regard as main part and three-dimensional construction as a supplement,which results that a cross stereoscopic course system is established.Here,four-level construction includes perceptual knowledge,basic operation,design and control and comprehensive application,and three-dimensional construction refers to design–comprehensive-practice.Continuous innovation in combination with the actual situation of talents training is persisted.Various advanced teaching methods,such as task driven teaching method,massive open online course and so on,are introduced,and school training base close to the enterprise environment is also built.In this way the distinctive features of the course group are formed.
