摘要
任职培训是军队人才培养的重要环节。分析了雷达专业任职培训的地位作用,总结了雷达专业任职培训学员的特点。在此基础上,讨论了理论教学在雷达专业任职培训中的重要作用,并通过实际培训实践进行了检验。结果表明,学员通过理论教学,可以掌握雷达的基本原理,为分系统、整装的学习奠定基础。研究结果为后续雷达专业任职培训课程的开设提供了理论参考。
Post education is an important part of military personnel training.The status and role of radar professional post education are analyzed,and the characteristics of radar professional post education are summarized.Based on this,the important role of theoretical teaching in radar professional post education is discussed,and the practical training practices are tested.Through theoretical teaching,students can master the basic principles of radar and lay the foundation for the study of sub-system and assembly.The research results provides a theoretical reference for the establishment of subsequent radar professional training courses.
