摘要
二次扩招后,高职院校面对年龄阶段、知识结构、技能储备、学习习惯各不相同的学生,人才培养过程中遇到了很多问题。扩招生源相对匮乏,培养机制不完善,管理和培养能力均有待提高。高职院校可实行“一生一案、一班一员双导师”管理制;一专业多方案,弹性学制培养方式;加速推进“双师型”教师队伍建设并完善监管体系;加强工学结合,深化校企合作,完善“1+X”证书体系,以满足高职扩招背景下多元人才培养的现实需求。
After the second enrollment expansion,higher vocational colleges faced many problems in the process of talent training for students of different ages,knowledge structure,skill reserves,and study habits.The source of enrollment expansion is relatively scarce,the training mechanism is not perfect,and management and training capabilities need to be improved.Higher vocational colleges can implement the management system of one case for a student,"one class teacher,one instructor and two tutors";one major,multiple programs,and a flexible educational system;accelerate the construction of"dual teacher"teachers,improve the supervision system;strengthen the combination of work and study,and deepen the school cooperation with enterprises to improve the"1+X"certification system to meet the actual needs of diversified talent training in the context of higher vocational expansion.
