摘要
目的:对不同产地与基源的石决明药材碳酸钙含量和傅里叶红外光谱进行比较研究。方法:采用EDTA-2Na络合滴定法和傅里叶红外光谱法,对来自7个不同产地的皱纹盘鲍、澳洲鲍和白鲍等3种基源的石决明药材和1批伪品石决明药材进行分析研究。结果:不同产地、不同基源石决明药材及伪品石决明之间的碳酸钙含量及红外光谱图差异较小,难以作为石决明药材真伪鉴别的专属性检测方法。结论:石决明发挥“平肝潜阳,清肝明目”作用的药效物质基础尚不清楚,能有效区分石决明药材真伪的质量评价标准还有待进一步研究。
To compare and analyze the calcium carbonate content and Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy of Haliotidis Conha from different origins and sources.Method:EDTA-2Na complexometric titration and Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy were used to analyze three kinds of Haliotidis Conha medicinal materials from seven different origins:Haliotis discus hannai Ino,Haliotis ruber(Leach),Haliotis laevigata(Donovan),and a batch of fake Haliotidis Conha.Results:The differences in Calcium carbonate content and infrared spectra between different origins and sources of Haliotidis Conha and fake Haliotidis Conha are small.Conclusion:It has been demonstrated experimentally that the use of calcium carbonate content as the material basis and quality evaluation criteria for Haliotidis Conha's effect of“pace the liver and suppress yang,clear the liver and improve eyesight”needs further study.
