模板法制备纤维状SSC-SDC复合阴极与结构—性能研究

摘要 以棉布为模板,通过浸渍-煅烧工艺,制备了纤维状Sm_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)CoO_(3-δ)-Sm_(0.2)Ce_(0.8)O_(1.9)(SSC-SDC)复合阴极。通过X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和电子显微镜(SEM)表征样品的物相组成和微结构。采用交流阻抗法测定阴极极化电阻。结果表明,浸满金属离子溶液的棉布经1000℃热处理5 h后可转变为纤维状SSC-SDC复合阴极,复合阴极的极化电阻随对称电池煅烧温度的升高而先减后增,1000℃煅烧的对称电池其极化电阻在700℃时为0.10Ω·cm^(2),组装的单电池在700℃的峰值功率约为290 mW/cm^(2)。 The fibrous Sm_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)CoO_(3-δ)-Sm_(0.2)Ce_(0.8)O_(1.9)(SSC-SDC)composite cathode was prepared by the impregnation-calcination process by using cotton cloth as the template.The phase composition and microstructure of the sample was characterized by XRD and SEM techniques.The cathode polarization resistance was determined by AC impedance method.The results showed that the cotton cloth dipped in metal ion solution could be transformed into SSC-SDC composite cathodes after heat treatment at 1000℃ for 5 h.The polarization resistance of composite cathodes decreased and then increased with the increase of the calcination temperature of the symmetric cell,and the polarization resistance of the symmetric cell calcined at 1000℃ was only about 0.10Ω·cm^(2) at 700℃,and the peak power density of the assembled single cell at 700℃ was about 290 mW/cm^(2).
