空心玻璃微珠/玻璃纤维增强PA6复合材料的制备和研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,将空心玻璃微珠(HGS)和玻璃纤维(GF)按比例加入到增强PA6材料体系中,制得HGS/GF/PA6复合材料,研究复合材料的比重和力学性能。结果发现:以质量分数为30%的典型填充量增强PA6材料中,随着HGS比例增加和GF比例减少,复合材料的比重和力学性能降低,材料轻量化效果明显;随着HGS比例减少和GF比例增加,复合材料的比重和力学性能上升;同时,以HGS/PA6和GF/PA6作为复配母粒混匀制得的HGS/GF/PA6复合材料,比在双螺杆挤出机将HGS、GF和PA6共混挤出制得的HGS/GF/PA6复合材料综合性能要好。 Through a twin-screw extruder melt extrusion,hollow glass beads(HGS)and glass fiber(GF)are added to the reinforced PA6 material system in proportion to prepare HGS/GF/PA6 composite materials,and the specific gravity and Mechanical properties.The results showed that:in the PA6 material reinforced with a typical filling content of 30%by mass,as the proportion of HGS increases and the proportion of GF decreases,the proportion and mechanical properties of the composite material decrease,and the material lightweight effect is obvious;as the proportion of HGS decreases and the proportion of GF decreases As the ratio increases,the specific gravity and mechanical properties of the composite material increase;at the same time,the HGS/GF/PA6 composite material made by mixing HGS/PA6 and GF/PA6 as the compound masterbatch is compared to the HGS,The HGS/GF/PA6 composite material obtained by blending and extruding GF and PA6 has better comprehensive properties.
